2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Services not rendered: If a service you paid for has not been provided, you are eligible for a full refund.
Dissatisfaction with Service: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a partial or full refund, subject to review.
Overpayment: If you have overpaid for our services, the excess amount will be refunded.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Change of mind: Refunds are not provided for a change of mind after the service has been rendered.
Non-compliance: Failure to comply with our service guidelines or not providing the necessary information for service completion will not be grounds for a refund.
Services deemed satisfactory: If the service has been delivered as agreed and meets the service quality standards, no refund will be issued.
